2 PRE-RENTAL HOME WALK-THROUGH
Next we’ll perform a walk-through of your property. From that, we will make recommendations that will allow for an optimum asking price.
We’ll make recommendations on:
- Kitchen counters
3 FINE TUNNING OF THE ASKING RENTAL PRICE
Lastly, we’ll look at:
- Whether a pet is negotiable?
- Are we including the gardening?
- Any unique amenities ie. Pool, Sunroom, A.C.?
- What season of the year it is?
- Utilities that may be included?
